The intermediate layer is provide effectively prevent the light-to-heat conversion material in the light-to-heat conversion layer from transferred when the transfer layer is transferred by the heat generated in the light-to-heat conversion layer and effectively prevent the transfer layer is burned by the heat that is generated in the light-to-heat conversion layer when the transfer layer is transmitted to the transfer layer. The donor substrate is high light transmittance such that the transfer alignment is easily performed with improved accuracy in the laser transfer process, such that the laser is easily and correctly transmitted to a portion of the donor substrate corresponding to a pixel.
