NOVELTY - The electroactive film has a base film (4), a graphene film (3), a conductive mesh material (2) and a protective film (1). The graphene film is formed on the base film. The conductive mesh material is adhered to the graphene film, and the protective film covers the conductive mesh material. The base film is a ceramic film, a polytetrafluoroethylene film or a glass sand core film. The conductive mesh material is a titanium mesh or a platinum mesh, the thickness of the conductive mesh material is not greater than 0.2 mm, and the density is not greater than 100 mesh. The protective film is a polytetrafluoroethylene film or a polyethylene film. USE - Electroactive film. ADVANTAGE - The problem of membrane fouling due to membrane separation is solved by electrocatalytic decomposition of organic matter, and the problems of poor decolorization effect and low mass transfer efficiency of electrocatalysis is solved by the large specific surface area of the membrane material.
