NOVELTY - A waterproof helmet comprises a safety helmet component, a waterproof film, and a fixing frame. The waterproof film comprises a sealing-type waterproof portion (p1), a sealing-type waterproof portion (p2), a concave-convex portion (p3) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the portion (p2), which is bonded to the helmet component through an adhesive (a1), and a concave-convex portion (p4) formed on the inner circumferential surface of the portion (p2), which is bonded to the helmet component through an adhesive (a2). The adhesive (a1) comprises crosslinking agent, viscosity modifier, tackifier, and base resin in which a heat-resistant polypropylene and a heat-resistant polyamide resin are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:2 to 2:1. The adhesive (a2) comprises crosslinking agent, viscosity modifier, and base resin in which polyurethane and polyamide are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:2 to 2:1. The crosslinking agent is 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane. USE - Waterproof helmet is used in safety inspection and diagnosis applications. ADVANTAGE - The helmet prevents moisture permeation. The waterproof film of the helmet blocks the inflow of rainwater while maintaining ventilation that releases sweat and heat of workers, and has the advantage of having desired windproof and warming function in winter. The fixing frame of the helmet retains desired hydrophobicity and durability for a long period of time in a normal atmosphere, even when the external temperature is 40° C or more and heavy rain falls, and completely blocks leakage, even when working for 2 hours or more. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A waterproof helmet comprises a safety helmet component including ventilation holes formed in the thickness direction, that can be worn by workers performing safety inspection and diagnosis, a waterproof film for covering the ventilation hole, and allowing air and water vapor to pass through and preventing water droplets from passing through, and a fixing frame in which through-holes are formed in the thickness direction, which is wrapped by the waterproof film and is tightly fitted to the ventilation holes. The waterproof film comprises a sealing-type waterproof portion (p1) surrounding one end of the fixing frame, a sealing-type waterproof portion (p2) connected to the portion (p1), surrounding the circumferential surface of the fixing frame, a concave-convex portion (p3) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the portion (p2), which is bonded to the helmet component through an adhesive (a1), and a concave-convex portion (p4) formed on the inner circumferential surface of the portion (p2), which is bonded to the helmet component through an adhesive (a2). The adhesive (a2) comprises 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. crosslinking agent and 1-3 pts. wt. viscosity modifier with respect to 100 pts. wt. base resin in which polyurethane and polyamide are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:2 to 2:1. The crosslinking agent is 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane. The viscosity modifier is a mixture comprising N-methyl-1,6-hexanediamine and diethyltoluenediamine in a weight ratio of 1:1. The tackifier is a terpene phenol resin and/or a hydrogenated terpene. The fixing frame comprises a material formed using an organic-inorganic composite in which a carbon-based powder having an average particle diameter of 50-150 μ m and a hydrophobic polymer are mixed in a weight ratio of 6:4 to 8:2. The carbon-based powder is graphene, graphene oxide, graphite and/or carbon nanotubes. The hydrophobic polymer is polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl chloride, polyacrylonitrile and/or polyvinylidene chloride.
