▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Adjustable passive Q-switched pulse laser based on waveguide type graphene comprises a pumping source (1), a focusing coupling (2), a gain medium (3), a waveguide-type saturated graphene device (5), a periodically poled lithium niobate crystal (6), a M1 folding mirror and a M2 output mirror. The light emitting end face of the pumping source faces the light incident end of the focusing coupling. The pumping source is extended to the axial emitting laser to the focusing coupling. The light emitting end of the coupling system faces the light incident end of the gain medium. The light emitting end of the M2 output mirror forms the light emitting end of the adjustable complete-solid passive Q-switched green light pulse laser based on the waveguide-type graphene device and emits laser light at the same time. The focused coupling system is a 1:1 complete focused coupling system. The M1 folding mirror and the M2 output mirror constitute an optical resonant cavity. USE - The laser is useful in optical fiber laser and solid laser. ADVANTAGE - The laser: has adjustable pulse, controllable modulation depth, good stability, compact structure and great competitive advantage and bright prospect in industrial application; combines waveguide efficient light beam coupling to effectively realize high speed, and low power consumption; and changes the optical absorption properties of the single-layer graphene on the top of the waveguide are under the action of the vertical electric field for realizing the efficient regulation of the output performance of the green pulsed laser. The graphene device: is a ridge waveguide structure, after the pump light is incident, is reflected and absorbed for many times in the waveguides structure; increase the action length of pump light and the graphene modulator; and improves the pumping absorption efficiency and graphene efficiency. The waveguide type modulation structure greatly increases the action area of the strong laser and the device, the control performance of the lifting device, at the same time, the structure of the waveguide-type makes the graphene device easier coupling into the laser resonant cavity, and the practicability of the device is improved.
