NOVELTY - Thermosetting composite superconducting adhesive film, comprises 30-50 pts. wt. matrix resin, 5-10 pts. wt. hollow core-shell structure polymer nanoparticles, 1-5 pts. wt. functionalized graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. multifunctional epoxy resin, 10-15 pts. wt. diluent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. leveling agent, 6-10 pts. wt. curing agent, and 1-2 pts. wt. curing accelerator. USE - Used as thermosetting composite superconducting adhesive film. ADVANTAGE - The thermosetting composite superconducting adhesive film has high purity, ultra-low total chlorine, with good yellowing resistance, and can effectively improve the curing efficiency and improve the stability of the superconductor film. The conductive adhesive film obtained by preparation temperature range is wide, widening the use temperature and storage condition of the adhesive film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermosetting composite superconducting adhesive film, comprising mixing matrix resin, multifunctional epoxy resin, diluent, dispersant, and leveling agent in proportion, performing first premixing on vacuumed high-speed mixer, adding the hollow core-shell structure polymer@nanoparticles in proportion, and performing the second mixing, adding the curing agent and curing accelerator, stirring well, refrigerating at low temperature to obtain final product.
