NOVELTY - A biodegradable composite resin composition comprises polybutylene adipate-co-terephthalate (PBAT), modified starch, rice powder, natural plasticizers, and natural reinforcing agents comprising nanochitin and nanocellulose. USE - Biodegradable composite resin composition used for forming molded product e.g. packaging materials such as foodstuff container, sanitary products, and agricultural products. ADVANTAGE - The composite resin composition has excellent biodegradability, and stability, and suppressed environmental pollution such as soil and air due to landfilling and incineration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of biodegradable composite resin, which involves milling the rice, pulverizing the milled rice into a powder having a particle size of 100-1000 mesh and a particle size distribution of 60% or more, preparing a biodegradable composite resin composition by mixing PBAT, rice powder, modified starch powder, natural plasticizers, and natural reinforcing agent, and extruding the composition.
