NOVELTY - The method involves fixing a double-sided flexible metal foil substrate on a first winding roller shaft. High temperature heat treatment process is performed in inert atmosphere and non-oxidizing atmosphere. A second unwinding roller shaft and a third unwinding roller shaft are fixed on the double-sided flexible metal foil substrate. The flexible metal foil substrate is coated with a first graphene transparent conductive film and a second graphene transparent conductive film. A light adjusting unit is connected between two graphene transparent conductive films. USE - Intelligent dimming film roll-to-roll manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simplifying intelligent dimming film roll-to-roll manufacturing process with high automation degree and reducing processing cost.
