▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - 2,6-Di(1,1'-binaphthyl-2-yl)biphenyl derivatives (I) are new. USE - (I) are useful as a precursor of a graphene nanoribbon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 2,6-Di(1,1'-binaphthyl-2-yl)biphenyl derivatives of formula (I) and their salts are new. X1 = leaving groups, preferably Br, Cl or I; R = H, F, Cl or 1-12C straight-chain, branched-chain or cyclic alkyl; and p-s = 0-5. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a compound fabrication method comprising performing coupling between first compound i.e. 4-nitro-phenylamine compounds of formula (II) and second compounds i.e. (1,1')binaphthalenyl compounds of formula (III), converting an amino group to a leaving group, and synthesizing a third compound, and performing coupling between the third compound and a fourth compound i.e. 1,4-substituted phenyl compounds of formula (IV), converting a nitro group to a leaving group, and synthesizing a fifth compound of formula (V); and (2) a graphene nanoribbon fabrication method comprising synthesizing the graphene nanoribbon of formula (VII) by polymerization nanoribbon of formula (VI) and aromatic cyclization.
