NOVELTY - High wear-resistant hydraulic rubber tube comprises polyisoprene, pentene resin, polyisobutene, chlorinated resin, vinyl chloride resin, modified fluorine silicone oil, maleic anhydride compatibilizer, ethylene vinyl acetate resin powder, peroxide initiator, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, graphene, anti-yellowing agent, glass short fiber, antioxidant, calcium stearate, polyvinyl color master batch, matching agent, and stabilizer. USE - Used as high wear-resistant hydraulic rubber tube. ADVANTAGE - The hydraulic rubber tube increases the structure strength by adding stabilizing agent and matching agent, and improves the wear-resisting effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of hydraulic rubber tube for high wear-resistant comprising (i) adding polyisoprene, amylene resin, chlorinated resin, chloroacetic resin, modified fluorine silicone oil, maleic anhydride compatibilizer, ethylene vinyl acetate resin powder into the sealed plastic mixer, and plasticating the raw material, (ii) mixing and refining the raw materials at a temperature of 160℃ and maintaining a speed of 55-60 revolutions/minute, refining the rubber for 6-8 minutes, adding peroxide initiator, nonyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, graphene, anti-yellowing agent, glass short fiber, refining rubber for 30-45 minutes, (iii) adding antioxidant, calcium stearate, polyvinyl color master batch to dispersing and dissolving, continuously adding the matching agent and stabilizing agent for mixing, and (iv) conveying the material into the extruder, and continuously extruding the molded product through the mouth shape needed by the product.
