NOVELTY - Magnetic graphene oxide capable of absorbing beta amyloid protein comprises magnetic graphene oxide, polyethyleneimine matrix, silane coupling agent and folic acid. The polyethyleneimine matrix is synthesized by a silane coupling agent, graphene oxide is compounded on the polyethyleneimine matrix and folic acid is supported on the graphene oxide. USE - Used as a magnetic graphene oxide capable of absorbing beta amyloid protein. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing magnetic graphene oxide capable of absorbing beta amyloid protein comprising (a) preparing magnetic graphene oxide by taking 15-30 mg graphene oxide, dissolving in 15-30 ml diethylene glycol solution, uniformly stirring, placing mixed solution into an ultrasonic device for ultrasonic mixing for 26-30 minutes, magnetically stirring, adding 150-250 mg sodium acetate and 100-200mg of ferric chloride hexahydrate to form a uniform yellow suspension, placing suspension in the reaction kettle, adjusting temperature of reaction kettle to 200 degrees C, allowing suspension react in the reaction kettle at 200 degrees C for 8-10 hours, placing suspension in centrifuge, centrifuging suspension at 3000 revolutions/minute for 5 minutes, placing the supernatant above precipitate to obtain a precipitate, washing precipitate with 100-400 ml absolute ethanol and 200-350 ml distilled water for 10-20 times, obtaining high-quality magnetic graphene oxide precipitate and vacuum drying high-quality magnetic graphene oxide precipitate to obtain magnetic graphene oxide, (b) preparing polyethyleneimine matrix by (b1) preparing polyethyleneimine emulsion by mixing 8-10 ml 20 wt.% polyethyleneimine aqueous solution, 10-12 ml liquid paraffin and 2 ml polyvinyl alcohol porogen, adding surfactant to mixed liquid to form mixed liquid, where final concentration of surfactant is 0.04-0.06 g/ml, placing mixed liquid into the ultrasonic equipment for ultrasonic mixing, controlling ultrasonic mixing time at 2-3 minutes to form polyethyleneimine emulsion, (b1) pre-crosslinking polymerizing by taking 15-20 ml polyethyleneimine emulsion, adding 15-20 ml crosslinking agent in a drop wises manner under action of magnetic stirring, pre-crosslinking for 2-3 hours, (b3) taking 20 ml pre-cross-linking mixture by above pre-cross-linking polymerization reaction, adding 5-10 ml sodium hydroxide solution in a drop wise manner, controlling the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution at 1-2 mol/l, centrifuging mixture, removing supernatant by centrifugation to obtain the polyethyleneimine matrix, (c) preparing polyethyleneimine-modified magnetic graphene oxide by taking 20-40 mg magnetic graphene oxide and dissolving in 20-40 ml pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution, placing mixture into ultrasonic device for ultrasonic mixing , controlling ultrasonic mixing at 5-10 minutes to uniformly disperse, adding 100-200 mg carbodiimide hydrochloride, 50-117 mg N-hydroxysuccinimide and 200-400 mg polyethyleneimine matrix to mixed solution, uniformly stirring and filtering to obtain a filter cake, washing filter cake for 10 times with 400-1000 ml ultrapure water to obtain polyethyleneimine-modified magnetic graphene oxide precipitate, vacuum-drying polyethyleneimine-modified magnetic graphene oxide precipitate, vacuum drying polyethylenimine modified magnetic graphene oxide precipitate and obtaining magnetic graphene oxide modified with polyethyleneimine, (d) preparing polyethyleneimine-modified magnetic graphene oxide loaded with folic acid by taking 5-20 mg polyethyleneimine-modified magnetic graphene oxide and dissolving in 5-20 ml ultrapure water, adding 1-4 mg silane coupling agent and 5-20 mg folic acid powder, placing mixture into ultrasonic equipment for ultrasonic mixing, controlling ultrasonic mixing at 1-2 hours to obtain magnetic graphene oxide modified with polyethyleneimine loaded with folic acid.
