NOVELTY - A potassium permanganate detecting method involves utilizing graphene quantum dot fluorescence quenching process, establishing a linear relationship by configuring multiple standard solution, utilizing graphene quantum dots fluorescent probe as detection probe, establishing linear relationship between concentration and fluorescence intensity of potassium permanganate, followed by adding potassium permanganate test solution with graphene quantum dots, determining concentration of potassium permanganate in the test solution according to the linear relationship. USE - Method for detecting potassium permanganate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting potassium permanganate with good linear correlation coefficient, high sensitivity and good selectivity, in simple and rapid manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A potassium permanganate detecting method involves utilizing graphene quantum dot fluorescence quenching process, establishing a linear relationship by configuring multiple standard solution having same concentration in each parts of graphene quantum dots, while increasing the concentration of potassium permanganate gradually, utilizing graphene quantum dots fluorescent probe as detection probe of potassium permanganate solution, establishing the linear relationship between concentration and fluorescence intensity of potassium permanganate obtained from fluorescence spectrum of graphene quantum dot fluorescent probes, followed by adding potassium permanganate test solution with graphene quantum dots, maintaining concentration of standard solution in each parts of graphene quantum dots to be same, detecting fluorescence intensity of the potassium permanganate test solution, determining concentration of potassium permanganate in the test solution according to the linear relationship.
