▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing a fluorocarbon composite material having a three-dimensional structure comprises (1) preparing aqueous solution of graphene oxide at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, (2) adding fluorocarbon and an acid to the aqueous solution of graphene oxide, (3) reacting the resultant of step (2) for 22-26 hours, (4) drying the resultant of step (3) at 70-90° C for 22-26 hours, and (5) milling the result of step (4) and preparing a powder sample. USE - The fluorocarbon composite material is useful for manufacturing anode for lithium primary battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: improves high output characteristics; increases the overall surface area; and prevents fluorocarbon particles from being re-agglomerated or enlarged. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: fluorocarbon composite material having a three-dimensional structure prepared by above mentioned method; and manufacturing anode for lithium primary battery comprises (a) preparing slurry by mixing the fluorocarbon composite material, metal oxide, conductive material, organic solvent, and binder, (b) coating the slurry on a current collector and performing a first heat treatment to form an electrode, (c) performing secondary heat treatment of the electrode at a temperature higher than that of the first heat treatment, and (d) cold rolling the secondary heat-treated electrode, where based on 100 pts. wt. slurry, 40-60 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol is included as a binder, and ≤ 10 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol is included with respect to 100 pts. wt. electrode after secondary heat treatment.
