NOVELTY - Preparation of oxidized graphene nanosheet/zinc oxide/bamboo composite material involves pretreating the surface of bamboo raw materials, ultrasonically cleaning, drying, soaking in mixed solution containing zinc salt (A) dispersed in oxidized graphene nanosheets, ultrasonically processing, cleaning the surface of bamboo material and drying, adding the suspension of the oxidized graphene nanosheet to a solution containing zinc salt (B), ultrasonically mixing, stirring, adding the dried bamboo material, hydrothermally reacting, cooling, taking out the bamboo material, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of oxidized graphene nanosheet/zinc oxide/bamboo composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of oxidized graphene nanosheet/zinc oxide/bamboo composite material with excellent antibacterial effect and long shelf life, and retains the active ingredients of the raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of oxidized graphene nanosheet/zinc oxide/bamboo composite material involves pretreating the surface of bamboo raw materials with a doctor blade or sandpaper, treating with deionized water, ultrasonically cleaning with ethanol for 30 minutes, removing impurities, drying at 40 degrees C, soaking the bamboo material in mixed solution containing zinc salt (A) dispersed in oxidized graphene nanosheets, ultrasonically processing at 0.01 MPa or less for 10 minutes, leaving still for 24 hours so that the solution is filled inside the bamboo raw material, adding 1 mol/L monoethanolamine solution, adjusting the pH value to 10, ultrasonically processing at 0.01 MPa or less for 10 minutes, taking out the bamboo raw materials after 24 hours, cleaning the surface with deionized water and drying at 60 degrees C to obtain a soaked bamboo material, adding the suspension of the oxidized graphene nanosheet to a solution containing zinc salt (B), ultrasonically mixing for 30 minutes, adding 1 mol/L monoethanolamine solution to adjust the pH value to 10, stirring for 1 hour, mixing evenly to obtain a mixed solution, transferring to a hydrothermal kettle, adding the soaked bamboo material to the mixed solution in a volume ratio of 1:3-1:20, hydrothermally reacting at 60-200 degrees C, preferably at 70-130 degrees C for 1-96 hours, preferably for 2-12 hours, cooling, taking out the bamboo material, washing 3-5 times with water and drying. The concentration of the oxidized graphene nanosheet is 0.02-3 g/L, preferably 0.2-1 g/L. The concentration of the solution containing zinc salt (B) is 0.005-2 mol/L.
