NOVELTY - Laminate comprises mono or multilayered graphene layer; and vanadium dioxide layer (120) formed on one surface of the graphene layer. USE - The laminate is useful for thermochromic smart window (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The laminate exhibit improved light transmission rate, low phase transition temperature, smooth surface with reduce roughness, vanadium dioxide film is produced in simplified process and possible to produce large scale mass production of vanadium dioxide film.
