NOVELTY - Radiation-free chrome-free dacromet coating comprises 3-5 pts. wt. lead powder, 3-5 pts. wt. corundum powder, 4-8 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene powder, 10-15 pts. wt. epoxy resin E42, 10-15 pts. wt. vinyl triamine, 2-4 pts. wt. nano-silica, 20-30 pts. wt. zinc powder, 20-30 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 40-50 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, 5-10 pts. wt. ethanol, 50-70 pts. wt. acetone and 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, where zinc powder and aluminum powder are tabular powder. USE - Used as radiation-free chrome-free dacromet coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high strength and wear resistance, and exhibits good fluidity and adhesiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of radiation-free chrome-free dacromet coating comprising (i) dispersing the corundum powder in ethanol solution ultrasonically for 1-2 hours, filtering and drying, (ii) grinding corundum powder obtained in step (i) and nano-silica, silicon carbide and polytetrafluoroethylene powder in a mortar, mixing and transferring to a crucible, and placing in the furnace to the vacuum to 10-2 Pa below, and raising the temperature inside the furnace to 250-350 degrees C, cooling to room temperature for 20-50 minutes, (iii) placing the mixture obtained in step (ii) in a high-speed mixer, adding silane coupling agent KH550, stirring for 10-30 minutes, and drying at 100-150 degrees C for 1-3 hours, (iv) adding acetone and polydimethylsiloxane into the mixture obtained in step (iii), and mechanically stirring, and (v) adding graphene oxide, lead powder, epoxy resin E42, vinyl triamine, zinc powder and aluminum powder into the base material obtained in step (iv), and stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain final product.
