NOVELTY - Heteroatom-doped g-carbon nitride-molybdenum sulfide heterojunction photocatalytic material comprises phosphoric acid, melamine, cobalt nitrate, sodium molybdate, L-cysteine, graphene. USE - Heteroatom-doped g-carbon nitride-molybdenum sulfide heterojunction photocatalytic material. ADVANTAGE - The heteroatom-doped g-carbon nitride-molybdenum sulfide heterojunction photocatalytic material has rich porous P-doped g-carbon nitride pore structure, large specific surface area, good porous structure, high efficiency of photo-catalytic hydrogen production performance, and improves the electronic energy band structure of g-carbon nitride. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for reparing a heteroatom-doped g-carbon nitride-molybdenum sulfide heterojunction photocatalytic material, which involves: (A) adding phosphoric acid and melamine to the mixed solvent of distilled water and methanol with a volume ratio of 1:2-4, heating to 50-80 degrees C in a constant temperature water bath, reacting for 4-8 hours, and then adding hydrochloric acid to adjust the solution pH to 4-5, vacuum drying to remove the solvent, placing mixed solid product in a resistance furnace, the heating rate is 5-10 degrees C/minutes, the temperature is increased to 520-55 degrees C and calcined for 2-4 hours, the calcined product is porous P doped g-carbon nitride; (B) adding graphene oxide to the distilled water solvent, ultrasonically disperse, adding cobalt nitrate and L-cysteine, heating to 40-60 degrees C, stirring at a constant speed for 12-18 hours, then adding Na2MoO4 and transferring solution into the reactor, heating to 180-220 degrees C, reacting for 25-35 hours, filtering, washing and drying to prepare nano-Co doped molybdenum sulfide modified graphene; and (C) adding nano-Co-doped MoS2-modified graphene and porous P-doped g-carbon nitride to a mixed solvent of distilled water and ethanol with a volume ratio of 1:1.5-2.5, stirring and ultrasonically treating the solution for 6-10 hours, carrying out dispersion and stripping process, removing out solvent and drying to obtain product.
