NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-epoxy resin modified polyurethane material comprises (a) preparing mercapto graphene, (b) preparing graphene grafted epoxy resin, (c) preparing graphene grafted hydroxy epoxy resin, (d) adding polypropylene glycol into polyadipate-1,4-butanediol ester diol, dehydrating under reduced pressure and vacuuming at 100-120 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling, and adding toluene diisocyanate, stirring evenly, reacting at 80-90 degrees C for 1-3 hours, cooling, adding hydrophilic chain extender 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid, chain extender 1,4-butanediol, graphene grafted hydroxy epoxy resin, catalyst dibutyl tin dilaurate, adding specific amount of acetone to adjust the viscosity, reacting at 60-70 degrees C for 4-6 hours, cooling, neutralizing the prepolymer with triethylamine, adding deionized water for high-speed emulsification, vacuum distilling, pouring into a glass template, air-drying at room temperature to form a film and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-epoxy resin modified polyurethane material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the thermal stability of water-based polyurethane, and at the same time improve the mechanical properties of water-based polyurethane, epoxy resin and water-based polyurethane form a cross-linked network structure, improves thermal stability and mechanical properties of the waterborne polyurethane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-epoxy resin modified polyurethane material comprises (a) adding 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride, mercaptoethylamine, and graphene oxide into the solvent dimethyl sulfoxide, the mass ratio of the three is 20-30:40-60:10, stirring evenly, placing in a water bath mixer, stirring the reaction at 35-45 degrees C for 24-72 hours, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain mercapto graphene, (b) adding epoxy resin E51 and catalyst 1,8-bisdimethylaminonaphthalene into deionized water, and stirring evenly, adding mercapto graphene, stirring evenly, placing in a torque rheometer, and reacting at 200-260 degrees C for 40-80 minutes to obtain graphene grafted epoxy resin, (c) adding graphene grafted epoxy resin into acetone, stirring and preheating at 50-70 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, slowly adding diethanolamine dropwise, reacting at constant temperature for 3-5 hours, and distilling under reduced pressure to obtain graphene grafted Hydroxy epoxy resin, (d) in a nitrogen atmosphere, adding polypropylene glycol into polyadipate-1,4-butanediol ester diol, dehydrating under reduced pressure and vacuuming at 100-120 degrees C for 1-2 hours, cooling, and adding toluene diisocyanate, stirring evenly, reacting at 80-90 degrees C for 1-3 hours, cooling, adding hydrophilic chain extender 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid, chain extender 1,4-butanediol, graphene grafted hydroxy epoxy resin, catalyst dibutyl tin dilaurate, adding specific amount of acetone to adjust the viscosity, reacting at 60-70 degrees C for 4-6 hours, cooling, neutralizing the prepolymer with triethylamine, adding deionized water for high-speed emulsification, vacuum distilling, pouring into a glass template, air-drying at room temperature to form a film and drying.
