▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing reduced graphene oxide (RGO)/aluminum-based composite material involves adding 5-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide to 60-70 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, ultrasonically oscillating for 2.5-3.5 hours, adding 30-40 pts. wt. aluminum alloy powder, packaging in the stainless steel ball milling tank, ball-milling for 11-13 hours under the protection of argon gas, the rotating speed is 450 revolutions/minute, the steel ball is made of quenching stainless steel, the ratio of ball to material is 10:1, pouring the slurry into the beaker and transferring to the vacuum drying box, drying at temperature of 85-95 degrees C for 14-16 hours to obtain the graphene oxide /aluminum alloy mixed powder, reducing the mixed powder, placing the reduced composite powder into the high speed steel mold, placing the pressed blank in the tubular furnace for primary calcining under the vacuum state, then using tablet press to repress the primary calcined sample, finally re-calcining the re-pressed sample, and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing reduced graphene oxide/aluminum-based composite material, which is useful in aerospace and automobile industry. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has low density, high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent performance.
