▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The support is made by coating the surface of the indium and tin oxides (ITO) support with the reduced graphene oxide (RGO) solution in dimethyl formamide by drop casting and functionalizing the RGO-modified ITO support with gold nanoparticles by cyclic voltammetry. The RGO-modified ITO support functionalized with gold nanoparticles exhibits a linear dependence in the concentration range of 2.5-30 mM. USE - Support for glass slips coated with indium and tin oxides with reduced graphene oxide, functionalized with gold nanoparticles, to be used in Raman spectroscopy for optical detection of organic compounds in pharmaceutical field.
