▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silicon carbide ceramic material includes using 50-90wt.% silicon carbide, 0.5-12.5wt.% graphene, 5-15wt.% coal powder, 1-3wt.% surface active agent, 0.5-2.5wt.% dispersing agent and 0.3-1.5wt.% bonding agent, where the raw materials forms 100wt.%. The raw materials are mixed and then placed under vacuum at 1650-1800 degrees C for 8-12 hours to perform sintering reaction. USE - Method for preparing silicon carbide ceramic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silicon carbide ceramic material, which has high hardness, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high thermal conductivity, uniform, consistent and improves service reliability of material.
