NOVELTY - Electrode paste composition comprises active substance, conductive agent and adhesive. The adhesive comprises fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer emulsion, polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and carboxymethyl cellulose solution. USE - The composition is useful in electrode sheet of super capacitor electrode (claimed), new energy automobile, industrial automation, track traffic and power electronic field. ADVANTAGE - The composition: has good dispersibility, high production efficiency and excellent electrochemical performance of the prepared electrode; improves the dispersion performance of different components; and enhances the adhesive force of each component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the electrode paste composition; (2) an electrode sheet; and (3) a super capacitor.
