▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aramid/graphene/conductive polymer aerogel composite pressure sensing material involves: (1) adding aramid fiber to dimethyl sulfoxide/water/strong alkali system, stirring, peeling, washing with deionized water to prepare aramid solution, and storing; (2) adding graphene and conductive polymer monomers to the aramid fiber solution, and stirring to obtain an aramid fiber/graphene/conductive polymer monomer solution; (3) adding an initiator, a reducing agent and a surfactant to the solution prepared in step (2), stirring, pouring into a reactor, sealing, and leaving still to obtain aramid/graphene/conductive polymer hydrogel; (4) washing the hydrogel with water, and freeze-drying to obtain an initial product of aramid/graphene/conductive polymer aerogel; and (5) placing the obtained product in a tubular furnace, introducing protective gas, heating for 2-10 hours, and naturally cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing aramid/graphene/conductive polymer aerogel composite pressure sensing material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides aramid/graphene/conductive polymer aerogel composite pressure sensing material with high conductivity, flexibility, compression deformation and fatigue resistance.
