▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A smoke-eliminating flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride material comprises 100 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 14-18 pts. wt. tricresyl phosphate, 1-20 pts. wt. antimony trioxide powder, 10-50 pts. wt. iron oxide powder, 5-25 pts. wt. zinc borate, 2-8 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 25-35 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, and 10-20 pts. wt. dioctyl sebacate. USE - Smoke-eliminating flame retardant polyvinyl chloride material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyvinyl chloride material has excellent flame retarding performance, Vicat softening point of 110-120 degrees C, self-extinguishing property, flexural strength of 45-65 MPa, cold-cracking resistance, breaking elongation of 300-350%, tensile strength of 20-40 MPa, Notch impact strength of 125-135 kJ/m2, oxygen index of 42-45%, Rockwell hardness of 108-110, melt flow index of 7.5-9 g/10 minutes, and is manufactured by a simple process using inexpensive raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the polyvinyl chloride material, which involves mixing the raw materials at 100 degrees C for 30 minutes, melting, plasticizing and pelletizing the mixture in a twin-screw extruder with preset temperature zones.
