NOVELTY - Preparing boron-doped or boron nitrogen graphene comprises (i) taking magnesium powder, solid carbon source and boron or boron nitrogen source and uniformly mixing in a mass ratio of 19.95-99:40-79.95:1-39.5, (ii) carrying out combustion synthesis reaction and purifying. USE - The boron-doped or boron nitrogen graphene is useful in energy storage device, catalyst and iron magnetic device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene: is intact and nanocomposite material; has dispersibility, quality and large surface area.
