▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - System has a complex structure formed by interacting nano-carbon as a carrier with at least one of polypeptides, monoclonal antibodies or small molecule drugs. The diameter of the nano-carbon is 20-90 nm, preferably 50-60 nm. USE - The system is useful for preparing medicine for treating autoimmune diseases and/or inflammatory diseases, and treating tumor resistance and/or bacterial resistance, and preparing antiinflammatory drugs and anti-tumor drugs. The autoimmune disease comprises at least one of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, systemic lupus erythematosus, lupus nephritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, cystic fibrosis, and multiple sclerosis (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system cooperates with nano-carbon to remove abnormally activated cells and inflammatory cells, prevents recurrence, improves drug targeting, enhances stability, and achieves high penetration and long retention effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the system, which involves (a) dispersing acid-treated nano-carbon uniformly in a physiological saline solution containing a suspending agent to prepare a suspension, and adjusting pH value of the suspension to 7-7.2 by using a pH regulator to obtain a nano-carbon suspension, (b) mixing the nano suspension with at least one of monoclonal antibodies, peptides, and small molecule drugs, and stirring and mixing uniformly under the condition of isolating air to obtain a mixed liquid, and (c) homogenizing the mixed liquid with a high-pressure homogenizer at a homogenizing pressure of 50-100 MPa to obtain a homogeneous liquid, where the pH of the homogeneous liquid is 4-5.
