▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a high barrier graphene masterbatch involves adding graphene to an organic solvent, stir and disperse, add acrylic monomer, initiator, reducing agent, adjust the pH value of the solution to 7-8, react under nitrogen atmosphere to form polyacrylic acid as an anionic polyelectrolyte to modify graphene and filter to obtain a negatively charged polyacrylic acid modified graphene. The negatively charged polyacrylic acid modified graphene obtained is formulated into a negatively charged poly(acrylic acid) (PAA)-graphene dispersion, added with calcium aluminum hydrotalcite, stirred, and adjusted to pH value by add sodium hydroxide solution, and loaded in a crystallization vessel to get composite. The composite is heated and refluxied crystallization, wash, dry, superimposed the calcium aluminum hydrotalcite layer and PAA-graphene to obtain PAA-graphene firmly supported on hydrotalcite. USE - Method for preparing a high barrier graphene masterbatch used for a degradable packaging plastic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a high barrier graphene masterbatch, which has reduced probability of secondary agglomeration of graphene, and significantly improves the barrier property of the degradable packaging plastic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The polyacrylic acid modified graphene and aluminum hydrotalcite are prepared at a mass ratio of 1:1. The graphene-containing hydrotalcite obtained and a resin, a compatibilizing agent and a dispersing agent are added to a twin-screw extruder for blended, extruded, cooled, and pelletized to obtain a high barrier master batch.
