NOVELTY - A reduced graphene oxide is used for three-dimensional reconstruction of biological cryo-electron microscopy. ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide is currently the most suitable support film for practical applications, solves the defects of previous support film, can bring great convenience to cryo-electron microscopy sample preparation and later three-dimensional reconstruction, and has ultra-high mechanical strength, and lower background noise.
