NOVELTY - Processing ultraviolet-proof polyurethane film comprises (i) taking cationic surfactant (ia) adding urea and deionized water and stirring to dissolve to obtain solution A, mixing cyclohexane, ethanol and silicate compound uniformly to obtain solution B, (ib) mixing and reacting the solution A and solution B, heating and continuously stirring and reacting to obtain an emulsion and centrifuging, washing, drying to obtain nano silicon dioxide powder, (ii) mixing graphene oxide with deionized water and centrifuging to remove supernatant, freezing and drying to obtain amino functionalized graphene oxide, (iii) dispersing nano-silica powder in N,N-dimethylformamide, adding toluene-2,4 diisocyanate, adding amine functionalized graphene oxide to obtain the composite material, and (iv) adding polyol and diisocyanate into the reaction kettle, adding small molecule alcohol, composite material and antioxidant stirring uniformly and cooling with cold water to obtain polyurethane film material. USE - The polyurethane film is useful for laminated glass. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane film has good ultraviolet absorption effect, improves the mechanical property of the polyurethane film, realizes good blending with the polyurethane, and prepares polyurethane film with excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing ultraviolet-proof polyurethane film comprises (i) taking the cationic surfactant (ia) adding urea and deionized water and stirring to dissolve to obtain solution A, mixing cyclohexane, ethanol and silicate compound uniformly to obtain solution B, (ib) mixing and reacting the solution A and solution B, heating and continuously stirring and reacting to obtain an emulsion and centrifuging, washing, drying, sintering at high temperature to obtain nano silicon dioxide powder, (ii) mixing the graphene oxide with deionized water, ultrasonically adding diamine monomer and centrifuging to remove supernatant, freezing and drying to obtain amino functionalized graphene oxide, (iii) dispersing the nano-silica powder in N,N-dimethylformamide, adding toluene-2,4 diisocyanate, heating to water bath at 80℃ for 8-10 hours, adding amine functionalized graphene oxide, continuously reacting for 2-3 hours, filtering, washing, and freeze-drying to obtain the composite material, and (iv) adding polyol and diisocyanate into the reaction kettle, heating to 80-90℃ for 2 hours under nitrogen protection, cooling down to room temperature, adding small molecule alcohol, chain extender, composite material and antioxidant stirring uniformly at 70-80℃ for 3-5 hours and cooling with cold water to obtain polyurethane film material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for processing ultraviolet-proof polyurethane film, obtained by the above-mentioned method.
