NOVELTY - Polyphenylene sulfide conductive composite material comprises 42-66 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide, 20-40 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 4.0-16 pts. wt. glass fiber, 0.5-0 pts. wt. potassium titanate fibers, 1.0-5.0 pts. wt. superconducting carbon black, 0.4-3.0 pts. wt. graphene, and 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. surface treatment agent. USE - The polyphenylene sulfide conductive composite material is useful in medical appliance (claimed) e.g. endoscope camera used in otorhinolaryngology, urology surgery, gynaecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, medical and beauty shaping, medical cold light source provides suitable illumination for optical endoscope and fiber endoscope operation. ADVANTAGE - The polyphenylene sulfide conductive composite material has excellent conductivity, at the same time, it can reduce the processing difficulty and improve the material performance, and can be used for preparing medical appliance shell with excellent conductive performance and electromagnetic shielding performance. The composite material improves the distribution of the filler in the base body by surface modification, the multi-dimensional structure formed by multiple carbon filler can promote the construction of the conductive path, improve the conductivity of the material and process fluidity.
