NOVELTY - Preparing rubber sleeve, comprises (a) mixing graphene oxide, dioctyl phthalate, rare earth oxide and potassium permanganate in presence of solvent, filtering, and taking filter residue (M1), (b) adding PVC resin to filter residue (M1) and mixing to obtain mixture (M2), and (c) mixing fluororubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer, mixture (M2), magnesium oxide, carbon fiber, silicic acid and processing aid and smelting to obtain final product. USE - The rubber sleeve is useful for corrosion-resistant overhead conductor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber sleeve: has excellent corrosion resistance; and is suitable for exposure to outside world conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for rubber sleeve, prepared by above mentioned method.
