▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of fabric containing graphene oxide involves (a) preparing a graphene oxide comprising a cellulosic fiber, a polyester fiber, and one of a blend fiber of a cellulosic fiber and a polyester fiber, and a hydroxy functional group and a carboxyl functional group, (b) inducing a trans-esterification reaction between a functional group located on the surface of the fiber and a functional group of graphene oxide to form a fiber coating with graphene oxide, (c) washing the coated fiber with water and ethanol after coating the graphene oxide on the surface of the fiber, (d) forming an adhesive layer by treating a curing-reactive polyurethane-based hot melt adhesive, (e) preparing a stretched porous ePTFE film by stretching the PTFE film, and (f) attaching the ePTFE film to the adhesive layer to prepare a fabric in which a base layer, an adhesive layer, and a waterproofing layer are sequentially laminated. USE - Manufacture of fabric containing graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the mechanical properties, moisture permeability and antistatic properties of the endothelium, easily provide a high-quality fit to the user, reduces the direct exposure of the graphene oxide coating to external environments such as rain or wind, and improves the lifespan of the graphene oxide coating layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of fabric containing graphene oxide involves (a) preparing a graphene oxide comprising a cellulosic fiber, a polyester fiber, and one of a blend fiber of a cellulosic fiber and a polyester fiber, and a hydroxy functional group and a carboxyl functional group, (b) inducing a trans-esterification reaction between a functional group located on the surface of the fiber and a functional group of graphene oxide at 40-60 degrees C for 6-12 hours in the presence of an acid catalyst to form a fiber coating with graphene oxide, (c) washing the coated fiber with water and ethanol after coating the graphene oxide on the surface of the fiber, (d) forming an adhesive layer by treating a curing-reactive polyurethane-based hot melt adhesive on one surface of the intersection of the weft and warp yarns of the base layer woven using the washed fibers, (e) preparing a stretched porous ePTFE film by stretching the PTFE film at 350-370 degrees C for 5-3600 seconds, and (f) attaching the ePTFE film to the adhesive layer to prepare a fabric in which a base layer, an adhesive layer, and a waterproofing layer are sequentially laminated.
