NOVELTY - Microvesicles are prepared by reacting aqueous solution of graphene and first surfactant comprising aromatic structure under action of ultrasounds to perform exfoliation of graphene; adding low boiling point perfluorocarbon, second surfactant, and biodegradable polymer with reactive functional groups; and crosslinking. USE - Method for preparation of microvesicles useful as contrast agent in photoacoustic applications (claimed).
