NOVELTY - Composite phase change film comprises 5-13 wt.% reinforcing resin, 8-12 wt.% oil-absorbing resin, 40-80 wt.% straight-chain alkane, 20-35 wt.% heat-conducting filler, 1-3 wt.% lubricant, 3-5 wt.% binder, 0.5-1 wt.% stabilizer, 1-2 wt.% coupling agent, and 0.1-0.5 wt.% pigment. USE - Used as a composite phase change film. ADVANTAGE - The composite phase change film: is environmentally friendly material, which has good thermal conductivity and heat storage capability; has heat storage capability of 100-180J/g of quickly absorbing a large amount of heat energy to reach the purpose of temperature control, which can improve the performance of the application product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing composite phase change film comprising mixing reinforced resin, oil-absorbing resin, straight-chain alkane, thermally conductive filler, lubricant, binder, stabilizer, coupling agent and pigment, entering the rubber mixing process, and setting the temperature at 130-180degrees Celsius, the mixing time is 30-120 minutes, after the rubber mixing is completed, entering the granulation process, setting the temperature of die zone 120-140degreesC, the temperature of die zone 2 to 140-190degreesC, the temperature of die zone 3 to 150-180degreesC, and the temperature of the extrusion die head is 130-145degrees Celsius, adjusting the rotating speed of the rotor to 30-60 rotations/minute, cutting the pellets under cooling water to obtain a masterbatch with a particle size of 1-3 um, after the granulation process is completed, setting the calendering roll and the horizontal plane to form an angle of 30-60degrees Celsius, setting the discharge port of the extrusion die to be perpendicular to the calendering rollers, after the extrusion-calendering process is completed, entering the curing and edge-sealing process, curing time of 3-8 seconds, and finally cutting into a desired width, or die-cutting into a desired shape to prepare the composite phase change film.
