▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A method for making a graphene nanoribbon composite structure includes the following steps: providing a substrate including a plurality of protrusions spaced apart from each other; growing a graphene film on a growth substrate; placing an adhesive layer on a surface of the graphene film away from the growth substrate; removing the growth substrate and cleaning with water or organic solvent; combining the substrate, the graphene film, and the adhesive layer, and then drying, to obtain a first composite structure; removing the adhesive layer, to obtain a second composite structure including the substrate and the graphene film, wherein the graphene film forms a wrinkle near each protrusion; and etching from a surface of the graphene film away from the substrate, and removing all graphene films except wrinkles.
