▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An optical band-stop filter with adjustable wavelength and large range comprises an optically transparent dielectric grating, a two-dimensional material layer, an optical medium layer and a metal thin film substrate. The optically transparent dielectric grating and the two-dimensional material layer are set on the uppermost portion of the structure. The two-dimensional material layer is paved above the grating or the optical medium layer. The substrate is bonded to the bottom surface of the optical medium layer. USE - Optical band-stop filter for optical measurement, optical communication and optical sensing applications in optical and optoelectronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The filter can adjust the working wavelength by changing the angle of the incident light, and maintains filtering ability of more than 99%. The metal thin film substrate blocks the transmitted light, and the light absorption structure of the two-dimensional material is designed as a single port, so that the structure can realize perfect absorption under the condition of satisfying the critical coupling.
