NOVELTY - A quantum energy powder comprises electrothermal functional materials, far-infrared functional materials and anion functional materials, preferably comprises powder components including 0.1-0.8 pt. wt. graphite powder or graphite fiber powder or graphene powder, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. bamboo charcoal powder, 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. tourmaline powder, 0.001-0.2 pt. wt. rare-earth element having particle diameter of less than 100 mu m, and 0.001-0.2 pt. wt. catalyst having particle size of less than 100 nm. USE - Quantum energy powder is used for quantum energy slurry for manufacture of quantum energy plate (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) quantum energy slurry, which comprises quantum energy powder and organic solvent in the weight ratio of 1:1-5; (2) quantum energy plate, which has a substrate, a quantum energy layer coated on the substrate, and a conductive electrode layer electrically connected with the quantum energy of the quantum energy layer formed by quantum energy slurry. The organic solvent comprises dimethylbenzene, butyl acetate, cyclohexanone and/or anhydrous ethanol; (3) manufacture of quantum energy plate; and (4) quantum energy component, which has a substrate material and quantum energy powder. The substrate material comprises silica gel and architectural coatings.
