▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-doped passivation film involves polishing low-carbon steel, degreasing, performing activation treatment, sensitizing using 1-3 g/L graphene oxide, immersing the resultant steel in passivation solution, processing, washing and drying. The passivation solution is prepared by adding 40-130 mg/L dispersant in deionized water, dispersing, adding 30-90 g/L sodium nitrite, 20-60 g/L sodium molybdate, 3-7 g/L anhydrous sodium carbonate, 3-5 g/L zinc phosphate and 20-50 g/L sodium benzoate, mixing, adding aqueous ammonia and adjusting pH to 8-10. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-doped passivation film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene oxide-doped passivation film having uniform thickness and smooth surface without gap, and excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, by simple process.
