NOVELTY - Conducting material comprises black graphene powder, where particles size of the black graphene powder is 1-5 mu m2. Electric conductivity of black graphene powder is 950-1200 S/cm. USE - Conducting material used in a lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conducting material is cost-effective, has high electric conductivity and excellent stability, and increases the magnification performance of the electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing conducting material, which involves: (A) mixing black graphene powder and potassium chlorate in weight ratio of 1:9-11 to obtain a mixture; (B) adding concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid to the obtained mixture; (C) adding potassium chlorate to the mixture; (D) treating the mixture at 0-4 degrees C for 72-120 hours to obtain a product; (E) removing chloride ion from the product by washing the product with diluted hydrochloric acid solution and deionized water; (F) drying and pulverizing the washed product in vacuum at low temperature to obtain powder; (G) treating powder in presence of air at 900-1050 degrees C for 10-30 seconds to obtain a material; (H) dispersing the material in absolute ethyl alcohol for 1-4 hours to obtain a suspension; and (I) drying the obtained suspension in vacuum at a low temperature to obtain conducting material.
