▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The zinc oxide nanostructures (100) comprises a graphene, in which a zinc oxide layer (120) is formed, where the zinc oxide layer includes the zinc oxide nano material. A graphene layer (110) is formed on a substrate (105), where a dielectric layer (115) is formed in between a graphene layer and zinc oxide layer. The substrate is made of the glass, the silicone or plastic. An oxidation graphene film is coated on the substrate using an oxidation graphite with the exfoliation. USE - Zinc oxide nanostructures for use in a mechanical device or an optoelectronics device, such as a light emitting diode or a laser device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer is formed on a substrate, where a dielectric layer is formed in between a graphene layer and zinc oxide layer, and thus enhances the operational efficiency of the zinc oxide nanostructures, improves the fluorescence property of the zinc oxide nanostructures, while improving the ultraviolet luminescence property of the zinc oxide nanostructures, and hence ensures the efficiency in the maintenance of the optoelectronic device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of a zinc oxide nanostructures. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
