NOVELTY - Graphene nanoribbons preparation involves dissolving metal substrate in acid base solution (0.01-1 mol/L) to obtain a solution, where the obtained solution is heated at 600-900 degrees C for 6 hours. The solution is processed with ultraviolet light in a protective gas and carbon-containing gas for 30-300 minutes. The liquid is electrified with 5000V/m to obtain graphene nanoribbons. USE - Method for preparing graphene nanoribbons (claimed).
