▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of photoinduced-deformable fabric, involves carrying out ultrasonic stripping of improved graphite oxide prepared by Hummers method to obtain oxidized graphene suspension, adjusting pH value, adding sodium polyacrylate, stirring to obtain sol spinning solution, wet-spinning of sol spinning solution at room temperature to obtain graphene oxide/sodium polyacrylate fiber, pre-rotating fibers in axial direction to obtain twisted graphene oxide/sodium polyacrylate fiber and attaching twisted graphene oxide/sodium polyacrylate fiber to cloth. USE - Preparation of photoinduced-deformable fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process of photoinduced-deformable fabric is simple. The preparation process is convenient and is rapidly performed. Large-scale production of photoinduced-deformable fabric is achieved. The photoinduced-deformable fabric has stable structure and excellent photo-deformation property. The fabric is enabled to respond quickly in the light. The above response is reversible. The great possibilities are provided for smart clothing, clothing and other areas of further development. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of photoinduced-deformable fabric, involves carrying out ultrasonic stripping of improved graphite oxide prepared by Hummers method to obtain oxidized graphene suspension, adjusting pH value, adding sodium polyacrylate, stirring to obtain sol spinning solution, wet-spinning of sol spinning solution at room temperature to obtain graphene oxide/sodium polyacrylate fiber, pre-rotating fibers in axial direction to obtain twisted graphene oxide/sodium polyacrylate fiber and attaching twisted graphene oxide/sodium polyacrylate fiber to cloth. The mass fraction of sodium polyacrylate in sol spinning solution is 1-4%.
