NOVELTY - Catalyst-assisted preparation of graphene quantum dots, involves mixing precursor solution, hydrogen peroxide solution and solid catalyst, and heat-treating at different times under hydrothermal conditions, obtaining precursors and cutting the precursors into graphene quantum dots where the precursor has no residue and no by-product. USE - Catalyst-assisted preparation of graphene quantum dots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and reduces the preparation cost of graphene quantum dots, and has high environmental protection and high efficiency. The prepared graphene quantum dots have high quantum yield, high stability and low biological toxicity.
