NOVELTY - Lithium battery cathode composite material, comprises silicon oxide particles, and first coating layer is a porous material. The first coating layer is coated on the surface of the silicon oxide particles. A second coating layer is coated on the surface of the first coating layer. The second coating layer is implanted with carbon nano tube and graphene. The graphene adjacent sheet layer is filled with double-layer coated silicon oxide particles. USE - The material is useful for lithium-ion battery material. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively reduce the expansion rate of the cathode material and improve the conductivity of the cathode material.
