NOVELTY - The method involves taking stainless steel pipe fittings, grinding and polishing the outer surface, placing the stainless steel pipe fittings in acetone solution for ultrasonic cleaning, placing the stainless steel pipe fittings in absolute ethanol for ultrasonic cleaning. The pretreatment pipe fittings is taken, placed in the electrolyte for micro-arc oxidation and dried at room temperature. The pretreatment pipe fittings is taken, the ultrasonic rolling is performed on the outer surface and the pretreatment pipe fittings are washed with deionized water after rolling and vacuum dried. The pipe fittings are taken and the vacuum sputtering boron nitride coating is performed on the surface in an argon atmosphere. The functional graphene oxide, epoxy resin, curing agent and defoamer are taken, mixed, stirred and vacuumized after standing to obtain coating slurry. The pipe fittings is taken, coated the surface with slurry and solidified at room temperature to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for processing high-strength corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipe fittings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the surface strength and corrosion resistance. The process design is reasonable and the operation is simple. The prepared stainless steel pipe fitting has excellent wear resistance, high surface strength, excellent corrosion resistance and high practicability and is applied to multiple application ranges.
