NOVELTY - Improvement of electrical energy storage capability of graphene material involves heat-treating graphene or a material containing graphene at 60-100 degrees C in presence of an acid and reforming surface of graphene. USE - Improvement of electrical energy storage capability of graphene material used in fiber complex (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene material having microscopic structure, and excellent volumetric capacitance, and high energy density and power density. The electrical energy storage capacity of the graphene material is improved by more than 44 times the electrical energy storage capacity of ordinary graphene material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene material; and (2) fiber complex, which comprises graphene material having electric energy storage capability.
