▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing catalyst comprises (i) stirring and mixing raw materials including graphene oxide, phosphorus source and solvent to obtain the first mixture, and (ii) subjecting mixture to solid-liquid separation, washing, drying, and roasting in a nitrogen or inert gas atmosphere. USE - The catalyst is useful for synthesizing caprolactam (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst is used as an efficient catalyst for the gas-phase rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime to synthesize caprolactam, which is conducive to improving the selectivity of the target product, the graphene material is conducive to the desorption of the product caprolactam, which reduces the temperature of the gas phase rearrangement reaction (down to less than 300℃), which reduces energy consumption, improves product yield, and prolongs the operating life of the fixed bed reactor and improves the economic benefits and easy to realize industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for synthesizing caprolactam, comprising using a catalyst to catalyze the reaction raw materials including cyclohexanone oxime to perform a Beckmann gas-phase rearrangement reaction in a fixed-bed reactor to obtain caprolactam.
