NOVELTY - A conductive paste comprises modified copper powder, inorganic filler and organic carrier. USE - The conductive paste is useful in solar cell and as front slurry of solar cell, and as graphene new-type nanometre material with super conductive performance. ADVANTAGE - The conductive paste has better system compatibility, exhibits excellent high temperature stability and drawing force, and exhibits high conductivity, photoelectric conversion efficiency, and better coating effect of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of conductive paste with high conductivity for solar cell.
