▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene modified anticorrosive paint comprises component A and component B. The component A comprises 12-24 pts. wt. epoxy resin composition, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene dispersion liquid, 10-20 pts. wt. compound phosphate, 1-4 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 2-6 pts. wt. coating auxiliary agent, 25-45 pts. wt. diluting agent and 2-8 pts. wt. nano zinc phosphate. The graphene dispersion liquid comprises graphene, dispersant and first solvent. The dispersant comprises triphenylmethane derivatives and/or aniline black. The component B comprises 65-95 pts. wt. curing agent and 5-35 pts. wt. diluting agent. USE - The anticorrosive paint is useful for the inner surface of the bottom of oil storage tank and the part of deposited water. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive paint can achieve stable dispersion and has good physical shielding effect due to graphene, reduces the galvanic corrosion caused by the addition of graphene, has good wet adhesion, anti-corrosion and resistance to cold and heat cycles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene modified anticorrosive paint, comprising mixing graphene dispersion liquid with a part of the epoxy resin blend to obtain graphene dispersion slurry, ball milling the nano-zinc phosphate, second solvent and remaining epoxy resin blend to obtain the modified nano-zinc phosphate, mixing graphene dispersion slurry and stirring with a part of diluting agent to obtain first composition, adding the compound phosphate, the modified nano zinc phosphate, the adhesion promoter, the coating auxiliary agent and the remaining diluent into first composition and continuously stirring and grinding to obtain component A, and mixing component A and component B.
