▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing efficient polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-based electromagnetic shielding composite film comprises (1) ultrasonically dispersing the conductive filler in absolute ethanol to obtain conductive filler dispersion, (2) fully stirring pure PDMS and glucose, placing the obtained mixture between the molds, curing in the oven, and placing the film in hot water to remove glucose to obtain a porous PDMS film, and (3) depositing the conductive filler dispersion obtained in step (1) on the porous PDMS film obtained in step (2) by vacuum filtration, after volatilizing the ethanol, adding 0.2-0.5 g pure PDMS for encapsulation, so that the conductive filler is fixed on the surface of the porous PDMS film, curing, and obtaining PDMS-based electromagnetic shielding composite film. USE - The method is useful for preparing efficient polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-based electromagnetic shielding composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has flexibility, low filling, and high electromagnetic shielding performance.
