▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a substrate (4) sequentially and tightly bonded with the ITO conductive film (2) and the graphene layer. A metal electrode (3) is connected to the ITO conductive film. The graphene layer is provided with multilayer graphene thin films (1). The silver paste electrode or a copper electrode is employed as the metal electrode. USE - Composite film touch sensor. ADVANTAGE - The production yield and the product stability of the touch sensor is improved. The problem of adhesion of graphene film in the sensor production is reduced. The temperature resistance, humidity resistance and the bending resistance of the ITO conductive film is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing the composite film touch sensor.
